Once you find something that works for your hair, why would you want to do things any differently?
Hello! Hello! Hello!
The more I think of it, the simplest solution, is always the best. I was always a sucker for DIY, why am I spending money on my hair was a recurring question when I was newly natural, but I’ve come to think of it as an investment.

One of those investments has to be my steaming cap, it has come to serve me well over the past two years and it is one of my go to tools for my hair.
When you think of steaming, you think of sitting in a sauna and letting the hot air detoxify you. Well, it is kinda the same thing for your hair.
Steaming uses heat to open up your cuticles and allow for product and moisture to penetrate your hair shaft and work from within to promote healthy hair.
Steaming is as simple as putting the product in your hair, covering it with a plastic cap and wearing the steaming cap. And in 15 minutes, your hair is perfectly steamed and ready for the next step in your routine.
I have reserved steaming for when I’m pre pooing my hair as the rest of my routine is done in the shower and nobody’s got time to be getting out of the shower.
You can get the steaming cap off Kilimall for Ksh. 999. I guarantee you, it is a worthy investment for your hair.
Hope you enjoyed today’s post.
Love,
Jo ♥
