January & February Book Review

“You can find magic wherever you look. Sit back and relax, all you need is a book.” – Dr Suess

I’ve been an avid reader since the age of 10 years old. I used to enjoy sitting in the school library during my free time and before I go home and getting lost in a book. I’ve always found that reading is the best form of escapism especially when you are not necessarily feeling human interaction at the time.

The Boss | Abigail Barnette
Erotic novel that had me questioning all I know.

This year, one of my goals was to read a book a week and I’m currently on book number 14. Which is pretty impressive. Although I have spent 2 weeks on my current read, I’m enjoying the pace at which I’m going.

As I mentioned in a blog post some time back, I enjoy;

  • Thrillers.
  • Crime & Murder.
  • Psychological thrillers.
  • Erotic novels.
  • New Age (Paulo Coelho)

As you can see, it’s a good mix and it gets my imagination going.
You might be asking yourself when do I get the time to read and to be honest I do it during my commute to and from work and right before I fall asleep. I have found it convenient to read my books through the Amazon Kindle app. Which btw is free.

Amazon Kindle | Apple | Android

It has a wide selection of books, covering all genres, from free books to books you can buy. I always start with the free books, because I don’t like spending money on something I don’t like. Hahahaha

Here is where you can find the books if you’re interested in reading them, I guarantee you, they are good reads.

Hope you enjoyed today’s post. Stay tuned for March book review.

Love,
Jo ♥
